Hey I’m Liezl Jayne, I’m a nutritional therapist, YouTuber and lifestyle blogger – here at liezljayne.com (basically I create the recipes, take the photos, make the videos and write the posts here on the blog).

This is a blog that focuses on sharing weight loss tips (how to lose weight naturally), weight loss meal plans, healthy recipes, healthy lifestyle tips, fitness tips, workouts ..and (the recently added sections for) natural beauty and style tips!

liezljayne.com is an online destination and place of inspiration for girls and women trying to live a healthier lifestyle, follow a healthier diet, lose weight naturally, get into better shape, discover how to do natural beauty and get easy style tips for their everyday lives.

As a little girl, I was always sick and so trying to live a healthier lifestyle and follow a healthier diet became really important to me. It wasn’t always easy (especially in the beginning), but I’ve learned so much about nutrition and healthy eating over the years.

After graduating high-school, I decided to become a Nutritional Therapist to broaden my knowledge about nutrition and healthy eating even more (and to help me to shed the 40+ Lbs I gained during college).

WHO IS LIEZL JAYNE?

I’m a nutritional therapist, YouTuber and lifestyle blogger – currently living between South Africa and the US, with Rob and our cute pups Chloe and Rosco that we recently rescued from an animal shelter (You can spot Chloe lying on the couch in my workout videos on my YouTube channel).

I’m the lifestyle vlogger/ blogger here at liezljayne.com – basically I create the recipes, take the photos, make the videos and write the posts here on the blog.

HOW DID I LOSE 40 LBS, AND KEEP IT OFF?

I was also keen to know more about diet because I struggled so much with my weight for years – no diet that I had tried in the past seemed to work for me, and I never saw results no matter how much I exercise I did. Finally after YEARS of struggling with my weight, I found a simple method (after tons of research and trial-and-error) that worked for me. 

As my body began to change, so many friends and family members wanted to know exactly what I was doing to lose weight, and so I began to share my method and steps with them. The word started to get out about what I was doing, and I would get messages on Facebook and emails from women I didn’t even know who wanted my recipes, eating plans and workouts. Eventually I was emailing so many women with all of the info, eating plans and workouts that I decided to create my Ebooks.

I got really into writing my books, because I’m so passionate about helping women to lose weight and get the results that they want. I’m dedicated to sharing helpful information, easy to use eating plans, safe dieting methods and workouts that bring real results.

I created The Beautiful Body Guide because I felt like I wanted something like this to exist. There wasn’t anything out there that I’d come across at the time that really spoke to me as a young women trying to lose weight naturally.

I just wanted someone to give me the workouts, eating plan, recipes and the exact information that I needed to get the results that I wanted – so that’s what I created. I wanted something healthy, safe and effective – that was also affordable, easy-to-use and beautifully designed. And I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in the market place.

After spending more than a year writing the books in my spare time, I ended up getting a photographer and a designer to make the books look amazing and user-friendly. I’m so excited that the books are now available for download on my blog.

WHY THE BEAUTIFUL BODY GUIDE?

I created The Beautiful Body Guide because I felt like I wanted something like this to exist. There wasn’t anything out there that I’d come across at the time that really spoke to me as a young women trying to lose weight naturally. I wanted results, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a product or spend all day at the gym. I just wanted someone to say to me “Do these exercises, use this workout plan, make sure your form looks like this”, and I also wanted someone to say to me “Eat like this, eat these foods and use this eating plan to lose weight”. I just wanted someone to give me the workouts, eating plan, recipes and the exact information that I needed to get the results that I wanted – so that’s what I created. I wanted something healthy, safe and effective – that was also affordable, easy-to-use and beautifully designed. And I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in the market place. I wanted to create something that I knew would have helped me when I needed it (when I was trying to get into better shape) – because when I was trying to lose weight, I didn’t know where to start or what to do. I also wanted to create something affordable – this was something that was important to me because I grew up in South Africa.

This blog is not all about me, it’s all about YOU! It’s all about you getting into your best shape ever, and it’s all about you creating a body & a life that you love. I truly believe that every woman can achieve her most beautiful body!
